The Alkalising Ocean Elixir contains just five ingredients:
Chondrus crispus (Irish moss) – Irish moss grows on submerged rocks in the Atlantic Ocean, Irish Coast and New England. It contains almost every element found in the human body and a broad spectrum of essential Schuessler tissue salts, in the form of organic chlorides, iodides, bromides, phosphates, and sulphates of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Its calcium sulphate clears toxic waste accumulations and growths. Its potassium sulphate oxygenates cells and supports the health of the skin. Its sodium sulphate eliminates excess water and swellings. Its phosphates of calcium, potassium, sodium, and magnesium provide specific nutrition to support the bones, brain, liver, and skin. Its potassium chloride dissolves fibrin, thereby relieving catarrhs and reducing the likelihood of colds, influenza and other mucus afflictions. Its sodium chloride regulates fluid balance. Its magnesium phosphate nourishes muscle. Its sodium and potassium iodides support glandular function. Its calcium fluoride supports the health of the teeth, bones, vasculature, and the lymphatic system. Cetraria (Iceland moss) – A lichen found in the northern hemisphere that grows on barren, stony ground, Iceland moss is a demulcent, nutrient, tonic and expectorant. Its nutrient profile is quite distinct from Irish moss. Cetraria is highly oxidising and its cetrarin content, a bitter tonic, increases the effectiveness of all other ingredients contained within the formula.
Blackstrap molasses – A concentrated mineral and vitamin-rich sweetener derived from sugar-cane. It is a rich source of iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium as well as B vitamins.
Vegetable glycerine – An excellent solvent, glycerine is the base of all animal and vegetable fats and even when used alone is one of nature’s greatest curative compounds.
Distilled water – Pure water without the naturally occurring minerals present in most water. This facilitates superior extraction of the nutrients and minerals in the Irish and Iceland mosses.
Instructions
Take one tablespoon (15ml) 1-3 times per day or more frequently as needed.
Store in the fridge. After opening, use within 6 weeks.
