According to the Unified Theory of Human Cardiovascular Disease, as proposed by double Nobel Prize-winning chemist, Linus Pauling, plaque build-up within and subsequent blockage of major arteries is caused primarily by a subclinical deficiency of ascorbic acid. He observed that plaques do not appear with a uniform distribution in the arteries; nor do they appear in the veins. They form at the points of high mechanical stress, where the heart is pumping blood with maximal force. These stress points are subject to accelerated breakdown and potential leakage if the body is unable to produce sufficient collagen for regular repair. Ascorbic acid and other nutrients are needed to manufacturer collagen. If the collagen cannot be repaired efficiently, the body will, as an emergency measure, patch up any weak areas with plaque. Following this line of reasoning, he developed the Pauling Formula, a combination of ascorbic acid and the amino acids lysine and proline (lipoprotein binding inhibitors). Whilst the ascorbic acid serves to promote collagen renewal, the lipoprotein binding inhibitor amino acids serve to remove the accumulated plaque deposits. Animal studies and human trials proved the essential validity of his theory. Indeed, this formula has since been used by thousands of people to clear their arteries without surgical intervention.
Unknown to Pauling (and probably also to those who use or advocate the Pauling Formula), there exists a German folk remedy for cardiovascular disease which appears to function in much the same way, although with natural ingredients and potentially faster results. The remedy is made from whole lemons and garlic cloves. The lemons (including pith and rind) provide a highly bioavailable natural form of vitamin C, complete with co-factors and bioflavonoids for optimal assimilation to repair collagen lesions. The garlic, both through its chemical properties and its mitogenetic radiation emissions in the ultraviolet spectrum (known as “Gurwitsch waves”), breaks down plaques and calcified blockages. Contemporary research indicates that damage to artery walls can result not just from the mechanical stresses emphasised by Pauling, but also from bacterial infection (in many cases, originating from the teeth and gums). Garlic, with its potent antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-biofilm properties thus offers an additional advantage of eradicating the pathogenic organisms which may be damaging the artery wall.
Typically, the lemon-garlic remedy is taken as a 60-90 ml dose on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and last thing at night, for a period of 3 weeks. Each dose can be added to a little water or taken neat if preferred. Drinking through a straw is advisable to protect the dental enamel. Following a 1 week break, the remedy is then taken for a second course of 3 weeks. This 7 week treatment can be repeated 1, 2 or 3 times per year, as needed. Anecdotally, those who have tried this protocol report a rapid normalisation of cholesterol levels, greater exercise tolerance and/or reduction of symptoms of cardiovascular disease, better eyesight and hearing, improvement of joints, and even the cancellation of heart surgery. Whilst we cannot corroborate these testimonies, we may note that a 2016 study, reported in the International Journal of Preventative Medicine, investigated the effects of a combination of garlic and lemon juice on 112 patients from the Isfahan Cardiovascular Research Centre. They concluded that: “administration of garlic plus lemon juice resulted in an improvement in lipid levels, fibrinogen and blood pressure of patients with hyperlipidemia.”
Those who are seeking to prevent cardiovascular disease may also wish to consider the use of additional complementary products, such as: our Heart Tonic Oxymel, Heart & Cardiovascular Formula gem elixir, Heart Support Herbal Tea and Hildegard’s Parsley Heart Wine.
Given the various widespread concerns about Covid, “pandemics”, Strep-A, shedding, and biological warfare operations, this potent elixir may also be used to boost the immune system and prevent infection.
